Romance in the Caribbean Patio with Joaquín Sánchez

The Santiago-based singer-songwriter performed a repertoire of songs preferred by Oscar de la Renta at the Vivo Café in February.


In coincidence with the Day of Love and Friendship, February Live Coffee at the León Center was full of romance. The interpretation of Joaquín Sanchez moved the audience attending the musical evening.

In the repertoire, a selection of songs preferred by Oscar de la Renta, there was no shortage of songs such as How did you kiss me, Are we a couple, For love, Do not break the night, Waste, Bedside table, Pink bachata, If God takes my life, Only shadows, My way, Fly me to the moon y The tickle, among other Dominican and foreign compositions.

Evelyn del Carmen, from the program With you in the distance by Emisora ​​Raíces, was in charge of comments on the songs, their authors and other details that enriched the sensory experience.

It was the second Vivo Café made on the subject of the exhibition Be Oscar de la Renta, open until April 19, 2020 at the León Center.
