This sculptural relief recreates an aquatic scene that includes a school with some abstract and other figurative elements. Geometry dominates in this interpretation loaded with blues and light greens. The work is built with elongated pieces of wood assembled horizontally that contrast with undulating forms and other chiselled reinforce the feeling of the sea currents.

Curious fact:

Antonio Prats Ventós was a professor at the National School of Fine Arts from 1950 to 1969 and from 1967 to 1978 at the Pedro Henríquez Ureña National University.
