This home is associated with Dona Mayún, a woman of unwavering faith, who upon the death of Don Eduardo (1937) becomes the axis of the children of love: Rosa, Eduardo, Fernando, Carmen, Guillermo, Clara and José, to whom it leads by keeping alive the paternal spirit in an environment impregnated with Marian devotion, memories, moral values and intimacy.
It is the fundamental support of a progeny that grows in the stage of a dictatorship that monopolizes, even, the economy of the tobacco and bankrupt all private initiative. However, "La Aurora" survives under the direction of treasurer Herminio León Jimenes, the protective uncle who is in charge of disciplining the sons Eduardo and Fernando León Asensio in the tobacco business. They assume the leadership of the family business from 1951 onwards.
